JLGroup is the business and investment vehicle behind everything I build. It’s the holdco that owns, scales, and invests in companies across online education, consulting, staffing, media, and technology.JLGroup is where all equity, long-term partnerships, new ventures, and minority investments live. When I start or invest into a company, it goes under JLGroup — this is the central hub for the entire portfolio.Today, JLGroup consists of:

Majority-owned businesses that we operate and scale internally
Active equity partnerships where we help founders grow and receive equity
Minority investments in high-growth companies generating tens of millions per month collectively

JLGroup is not a “guru brand,” and it’s not just courses or consulting. It’s a true portfolio company built on real revenue, real partnerships, real infrastructure, and real ownership.

How JLGroup WorksEvery business we work with sits in one of three stages:L1 — Start We help founders start a business from scratch.L2 — Scale (Non-Equity) We work with businesses doing ~$10K/month+ to scale through consulting, systems, marketing, and sales — without taking equity.L3 — Partnership (Equity) Businesses profiting $10K–$20K/month+ qualify for an equity partnership where JLGroup becomes a growth partner and helps scale the company long-term. Most companies inside the portfolio are L3 partners.JLGC (JLGroup Consulting) and 637 (our sales & staffing company) are both full L3 companies owned directly within JLGroup, the same as any other equity partnership.
